About Me
How I Became Obsessed with Mindset & Resilience
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by what makes people mentally strong.
What separates the athletes who rise under pressure from those who crumble?
Why do some people take failure as a lesson while others let it define them?
How do the best competitors stay focused when everything is on the line?
These weren’t just questions—I needed the answers. Because I was fighting my own battles.
I moved to a new country—twice—without knowing anyone. I finished a bachelor’s degree in sport psychology in my second language and graduated with first-class honors. I battled through social anxiety, self-doubt, and financial struggles that forced me to develop the kind of mental strength you can’t get from a book.
But more than anything, I built my resilience by deliberately pushing myself into discomfort—over and over again.
What I’ve Overcome
I believed I could never run long distances - so I finished four half-marathons.
I trained for and completed a 70.3 Ironman in just 90 days—with zero background in the sport.
I went from fearing rejection to building a network of top athletes and entrepreneurs.
I overcame deep struggles with emotional eating and self-doubt to build my strongest body - multiple times.
I faced financial rock bottom (twice), with almost nothing to my name - and rebuilt my life both times.
I bet on myself by launching my own business, coaching athletes, and building a team.
I stepped in front of a camera and a microphone—even when fear told me not to—and built a podcast, coaching business, and community.
Every breakthrough came from facing discomfort, questioning my limits, and doing the hard thing anyway.
And now? That’s what I help athletes do every single day.
Why I Coach Athletes Like You
Because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to:
Feel like you’re doing everything right but still doubt yourself.
Overthink before competitions, feeling trapped in your own head.
Fear failure so much that you hesitate to take the risks that could move you forward.
Struggle with identity - wondering who you are outside of what you do and how you perform.
Get stuck in comparison—watching others succeed and wondering if you’ll ever catch up.
Battle inconsistency—being disciplined for a while, then falling off track.
And I know how to break past those mental blocks—because I had to do it for myself first.
My coaching isn’t about sitting back and giving you ‘feel-good’ advice. It’s about real strategies that actually work.
I don’t believe in ‘positive thinking’ as a solution. We build mental resilience through practical tools that work under pressure.
I’m not just here to just listen—I’m here to challenge you. If you want breakthroughs, you need someone who will push you in the way your best coach would.
I train mindset like a skill. Just like your body, your mind needs consistent, structured training to be strong under pressure.
I work with serious athletes who are ready to put in the work. If you’re here, it’s because you know you’re capable of more—and you want someone who can help you unlock that next level.
What Working With Me Looks Like
We don’t just ‘talk about’ mindset—we train it.
We don’t just react to challenges—we prepare for them.
We don’t just ‘hope’ for confidence—we build it step by step.
This is for athletes who are ready to:
Stop overthinking and start competing with confidence.
Develop unshakable mental discipline, even when motivation is low.
Rebuild after failure, injury, or self-doubt—and come back stronger.
Perform at their highest level—when it matters most.
If you’re serious about taking your mental game to the next level, let’s talk.
